These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ropurchase (the "Services"), a marketplace that lets users list, discover, and complete peer-to-peer sales of Roblox games. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all laws and platform rules applicable to you, including Roblox's own Terms of Use.
Ropurchase is a venue that connects buyers and sellers and verifies the completion of a transfer. We are not a party to the underlying sale between a buyer and seller, do not own or control the games listed, and do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Sellers are solely responsible for having the right to sell what they list.
To buy or sell, you must connect your Roblox account through Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 sign-in. Ropurchase never asks for, stores, or uses your Roblox password or session credentials, and does not automate actions on your Roblox account. You are responsible for performing the actual ownership transfer (or accepting it) yourself, directly on Roblox.
The specific payment method(s) available depend on your region and are disclosed to you before you confirm a purchase or listing.
Ropurchase charges a service fee on transactions, disclosed before you confirm a purchase or listing. Fees are non-refundable except where a transaction is fully refunded.
If a transaction is flagged (for example, a missed transfer window or a transfer to the wrong account), Ropurchase will review the available verification data and may issue a refund to the buyer or release funds to the seller accordingly. Ropurchase's decision on flagged transactions is final absent a clear verification error.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Services.
The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ropurchase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses related to a game's performance after transfer, or actions taken by Roblox Corporation (including account or group termination) with respect to any listed game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
